We have been customers of SHS Pest for the past 4 years and Michele has been our “bug lady” for that time. She really came through for us this week, however, when we had a dead fox under our house in a hard to reach spot. Michele went out of her way to get here the same day we called and once she found the dead animal, efficiently and quietly disposed of it, then sprayed the area to stop the smell. I had an “unexpected” mouse in the house & even though it was the end of the day, SHS sent Michelle at the end of her shift to catch the mouse. Michelle was very professional & very sensitive to the fact I was freaked out. We had a HUGE cicada-killer wasp infestation that had been a problem for years. It was so bad we couldn’t use our front door. With just one treatment, Michelle came out and took care of the problem. Within just two days, all of the wasps were gone, and there had been literally hundreds in 30+ nests all along the front walkway and driveway.
